1. Суть коммуникации в консультировании: принципы, стороны, уровни и составляющие.
2. Метакоммуникация: concept, виды и характеристики; роль в консультировании.
3. Метакоммуникативные уровни поведения: считываем и понимаем, воспитываем и контролируем.
День третий (21.08.2020).

1. Appointment and use of the "I-statement" technique.
2. Общая схема Я-высказывания.
