Interaction and communication with people with disabilities: We invite you to a new training course

Тема взаимодействия и коммуникации рекомендуется специалистам, работа которых непосредственно связана с людьми с разными видами инвалидности: со слабовидящими, со слабослышащими, с интеллектуальными нарушениями.

Invited to participate specialists of educational institutions (special schools (boarding schools), centers for corrective developmental education and rehabilitation), specialists of social service institutions (boarding houses for children with disabilities with special needs, territorial centers of social services), cultural workers, service industries.

During the course, you:

• получите представление о моделях взаимодействия и коммуникации с людьми с инвалидностью;
• познакомитесь с важными условиями для взаимодействия и коммуникации с людьми с разными видами инвалидности;
• узнаете о простом и ясном языках для разных целевых групп: для людей с нарушениями зрения, с нарушением слуха, с интеллектуальными нарушениями (в том числе для людей старшего возраста с деменцией);
• поучаствуете в решении практических кейсов на взаимодействие и коммуникацию;
• get feedback from coaches.

The following questions will be considered and worked out as part of the training course:

1. Модели взаимодействия и коммуникации с людьми с разными видами инвалидности.
2. The concept of nonviolent communication. Jackal model and giraffe model.
3. Роль простого и ясного языков в коммуникации с людьми с разными видами инвалидности.
4. Basic Principles of Plain Language. Основные целевые аудитории простого и ясного языков.
5. Group workshop on adapting information into simple language.
6. Решение тематических кейсов на взаимодействие и коммуникацию с разными целевыми группами людей с инвалидностью.
7. Analysis of participants' work by trainers, answers on questions.
